ONE PEOPLE REGGAE & ARTS FESTIVAL

The Friends of the Skateparks Foundation has partnered with PortCity Reggae Concert & Promotion to establish the annual One People Reggae and Arts Festival at Hope Mills Municipal Park located in Hope Mills, NC on Saturday, May 31, 2025. Features reggae legends Everton Blender, Inner Circle, Shuga, Determine, DHIM, Crucial Fiya, RA DEAL, DROPA DON, and DJ Dimention. Our sponsors include Arts Council of Fayetteville/Cumberland County, Necknotz, Nature’s Herbal Cabinet, Q98, Healy Wholesale, Magic 106.9, Sakara Holistic Center, Rock 103.5, Yellow Crayons, and DaVille Skate Shop.
Experiencing these legendary bands / artists live is quite thrilling and something that the residents of Cumberland County rarely get to enjoy. Bands of this caliber usually pass us by for cities like Raleigh, Asheville, or Wilmington. Reggae promotes peace, love, and harmony, something that we all could use more of. There’s no doubt that this show will spread positive vibes to our community.
All proceeds from this event will go toward a new state-of-the-art skatepark in Hope Mills, NC being developed by the Friends of the Skateparks Foundation, a 501c3 nonprofit organization.
